Help Shape the Congress “Ethics in Stage Dance”!

On May 30, 2026, the congress “Ethics in Dance Performance” will take place for the first time, a new, regularly scheduled forum for dancers, rehearsal directors, and representatives in leadership positions. The goal of the congress is to jointly develop steps toward a safe, fair, respectful, and future-oriented working culture in dance performance.

To ensure that the content of the congress truly reflects your reality, we would like to involve you directly in shaping the topics. This anonymous survey is primarily aimed at all dancers, and additionally at other dance professionals in rehearsal and leadership roles. It only takes a few minutes and can easily be completed between rehearsals or during the workday.

In the survey, you can:

  • prioritize the most important topics for the congress,
  • share concerns, ideas, and experiences,
  • make visible what moves you in your daily work.

For us, ethics in dance performance means: responsible interaction, respecting boundaries, transparent communication, and working conditions in which everyone can work safely and feel valued. To shape these goals together, we need your perspectives, including from those who may not be able to attend the congress themselves.

Thank you for taking a moment to contribute your voice to further developing the working culture in dance performance.
